| RENIA �Super-FIX -Rapid -CementTechnical Data Sheet 289.000-0814BASIS:Polychloroprene cement for bonding all common materials around shoes, not for PVC.Free of toluene and MEK.MATERIALS:All materials used for repairing or producing shoes like leather, rubber, EVA, TR, felt, cork, etc. can be bonded, except plastified PVC. To bond natural rubber mix the cement with 5-10 % hardener. To bond PVC use Renia �Syntic-TOTALor Renia�Collede Cologne.INSTRUCTIONS:Grind all materials and coat them with Super-FIX until you can see a layer of cement. Sometimes, you have to coat leather and other porous materials twice.PE, PP:Contact with an open gas flame.TR(Thermoplastic Rubber): Clean with acetone. Certain TR types need to be halogenatedwith Rehagol and bondedwith Syntic-TOTAL or Colle de Cologne. PUR(Polyurethane): After grinding, press the material withabsorbentpaper to remove the water. Then coat it with Renia-Primer for PUR. Apply the adhesive without delay. | |
