Instructions;
1.Select footwear for insoles.
2. Put the Biontech insoles in the microwave, parallel with the writing facing up, and heat at 500W or medium power for 40 seconds. (warning it is important to position carefully in the microwave and not exceed the stated limits)
3. After 40 seconds place insoles in footwear and put shoes on. It is important that you remain standing for approximately 2 minutes. We recommend you keep shoes on for at least 1 hour, as the insole cools slowly your footprint will be transferred to the insole.
